Community Guidelines
Updated 14 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-14
Share information that helps another person make the journey. These guidelines apply to routes, venue details, photos, comments, reports and account activity.
1. Write usable routes
Include a starting point, destination and at least one meaningful transport or walking leg. Describe boarding points, transfers or walking landmarks clearly. Do not submit a blank route or invent an unknown fare. Explain when information is approximate or may have changed.
2. Respect campus locations
Keep campus routes in the correct campus. Search room names within their parent building rather than adding a duplicate map pin for every room. For example, AUD II is inside COLVET and AUD III is inside COLCOMPS. Use inside, behind or opposite only when you know the relationship. Report a wrong entrance or unsafe path.
3. Share photos responsibly
Use a clear venue sign or entrance photo that you own or can share. Avoid identifiable people without permission, private rooms, student cards, number plates and sensitive personal information. Do not photograph restricted areas. A public contribution can be seen or copied by others.
4. Keep feedback honest and respectful
No harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, spam, fabricated confirmations or coordinated manipulation. Do not publish another person’s contact details without permission. Report problems with enough information for the team to investigate; do not post passwords, verification codes or payment details.
5. Corrections and moderation
Use available reporting controls or the floating Help button to report inaccurate content. The team may correct or remove submissions and restrict accounts for abuse. If you think a decision is wrong, contact support with the route or place reference and a short explanation.
